The Full Service package is for a bride and groom who need assistance planning and coordinating the entire event. This service is especially great for the bride and groom who do not live on Nantucket Island.

• Free initial consultation.
• Establish a budget and a color scheme and style.
• Once the above is established vendors will be applied according to budget and style.
• Booking of the ceremony and reception site.
• Booking all of the other aspects of the wedding: Photographer, Florist, Baker, Musicians, Caterers, Rentals, Invitations, Programs, Place cards, Beauty Salons, Attire, Transportation, Accommodations, etc.
• Scheduling of all appointments with selected vendors.
• Progress meetings in person or by phone or email.
•Timelines for all vendors and the wedding party participants.
• Create Floor Plans.
• Rehearsal coordination.
• Wedding ceremony and reception coordination and set up.
• Includes wedding coordinator’s assistants.
• The Full Service package price is  % of the event cost.

The Day of Wedding Service

The Day of Wedding Service is great for the Bride and Groom who  enjoy the planning and coordinating aspect of their wedding, but want professional help for the Day of the Wedding to ensure everything they have planned is carried out to their greatest expectations. 

• Free initial consultation.
• Call  vendors to confirm all arrangements for the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception.
• Progress phone calls and or meetings(1 month prior to event).
• Timelines for all vendors and wedding party participants.
• Create Floor Plans.
• Rehearsal coordination
• Wedding ceremony and reception coordination and set up.
• The Day of Wedding service price is an hourly rate.
